Selena Gomez had a great 2023. She began with a Golden Globe nod and kept up the pace by dropping new songs and starting a new romance. She announced last month that she’s in a relationship with music producer Benny Blanco.

They have been showing off their love for each other on Instagram ever since, and yesterday, she wrapped up the year with one more cozy photo of them. In the picture, which looked like it was taken at the beach, the singer grinned at the camera as Blanco hugged her from behind and kissed her neck. 

Selena and Benny have been dating for six months, even though they only confirmed their relationship recently. A source at Entertainment Tonight said that Selena was “ready” to open up about their romance and end the rumors.

“She feels so protected and comfortable with him, so she decided to let her fans know how happy she is,” the insider said. “Benny is a good talker, is truthful and transparent with Selena, and pays attention to her. He’s polite, not a flirt, and doesn’t care about the spotlight or fame. He’s not interested in any of that and Selena knows that and trusts him completely.
