A naked man was shot in the leg by officers after a standoff in Baltimore on Saturday. Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley said at a press conference Saturday that officers saw a naked man in the street around 9 a.m. local time and tried to approach him.
The man ran into the backroom of a business and barricaded himself. Officers tried to get the man out, but he threw a liquid at them. Officers got a bunker (also known as a riot shield) and tried again.
The man attacked the officers with two knives, making them back off. One officer was cut on the face. Worley said the man was then shot in the leg.
