According to multiple sources familiar with intelligence, Ukraine has built a network of agents and sympathizers inside Russia who are working to sabotage Kremlin operations and targets.

These pro-Ukrainian operatives are believed to have carried out several drone attacks in recent days, including one that targeted the Kremlin itself by launching drones from within Russia rather than flying them from Ukraine.

Ukraine is also providing its agents with Ukrainian-made drones, which are smuggled into Russia through well-established routes along the vast and porous border .

The sources said that Ukraine has developed sabotage cells inside Russia that consist of a mix of pro-Ukrainian sympathizers and well-trained agents.

A spokesperson for the head of the Ukrainian Security Service suggested that the mysterious explosions and drone strikes inside Russia would continue, using the slang term “cotton” to describe them.
